Accommodation in a French family: - Individual room - Bed and Breakfast - Access to the kitchen and the bathroom - Families selected for their proximity from the Institute and quality of their service Accommodation: in a Apart’Hotel ***, studio equipped for 2 persons: - located closed to the Promenade des Anglais, the Apart’Hotel can be reached easily using one of the several bus line (10 minutes bus ride from the Institute) - studio apartment with air-conditioning, telephone, television, full equipped-kitchen, bedroom with linen, bathroom with towels and toiletries, weekly cleaning, WIFI zones. 1 Offers depending on availabity (for accommodation). As soon as we receive your registration form , your enrolment will be confirmed by letter, e-mail or fax. You will also receive useful information regarding your stay, including a detailed invoice of your expenses. 2 Registration and Payment: All registration with I.F.E. must be made using the school registration form presented on the site www.ife-nice.com and by paying : • 30% of the totality of the courses and accommodation registered for, at the moment of the registration. • The remaining sum, at the latest, on the first day of classes, by the student. The payment must be made out in Euros and must cover all bank fees and taxation. Please contact us in a case of a late registration. 3 Refunds and Cancellations: In the event of cancellation before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded less 60€ adminstration fees, provided IFE receives notice of cancellation 21 days before the start of the course. Attention: if the request for cancellations is made less than 21 days before the start of the lesson, or if the student is absent the day of arrival, the holding fee will not be refunded. 4 Insurance: IFE subscribes to an insurance policy which protects the goods and the individuals in the building and in the event of external, official school visits. Students must take out personal liability insurance and medical insurance covering all risks during the length of their stay in France. |
